"Strike a Pose"

"Strike a Pose"

I am PATIENT and have enormous STRENGTH with myself and others. Sometimes it's within the pauses that the greatest revelations come about.
Find your balance when you step outside.
Everything you need to find strength is in the pause, that is where the hidden treasure of a new perspective can be found.
When you refocus, you gather clarity on what matters most at that moment. This helps you remember you have powerful strengths that can be immediately used.
Today is a great day. Go out and play and marvel at your skills!
The Mantra:  I improvise, I adapt, and I overcome. I have found the treasure within.

"I'm up on a tight wire-Holding my heart and head up high."

"I'm up on a tight wire-Holding my heart and head up high."

Day Eleven of the Self-love 31-day 5-minute challenge:  Balance
I invite you today to take five minutes and align your body, mind, and heart; all that this requires is that you step into yourself and feel the whole you.
We naturally carry 'opposite' energies within; masculine and feminine, strength and weaknesses, freedom and fear, love and dislike, and a host more emotional components that make us human, that can throw us out of balance.
How do we know when we are out of balance? We will feel it: It shows up as resistance physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and energetically, we seem out of sorts, and we can't quite figure it out. With all the energies flying around us, it definitely can throw us off and contribute to our imbalances in life.
Balance regime; feel the breath as it enters the body. On an inhalation, feel the fullness as everything expands, on exhalation,  emptying out what no longer serves you. Feel the sensation of the rise and fall of the chest, lungs, and abdomen as your body falls into balance, thank it!
Breathe deeply as you bring together all the sum parts of the whole you into alignment. Hold whatever comes up for you for five minutes, while you breathe in and out, bringing it all together, bringing in what you desire, letting go of what no longer serves you.
Our physical body supports us, but finding the balance with our mind and heart are essential, it has the "SuperPowers" to heal and bring balance into our lives.   Dolby Dharma
Today’s Affirmation: I balance and awaken all parts of myself. I Communicate my feelings openly and ask for what you want.
"Everything changes when you start to emit your own frequency rather than absorbing the frequencies around you when you start imprinting your intent on the universe rather than receiving an imprint from existence."-Barbara Marciniak

The Perfect Opportunity!

Life can be chaotic at times, and when that happens we sometimes let our frustrations, anger, unfairness get the best of us when things are not going our way. Chaos is not always a bad thing, it can offer us an opportunity to explore options and other ways of reacting.

When life gets out of balance that is the perfect time/opportunity to lean in, and check in with ourselves, instead of pushing against, wanting it to be different and go away. When life throws us off it is a calling for patience and awareness.

Patience allows us to find a rhythm within to help us navigate and find our resources to feel the calm in the crazy making.

The Chaos is about finding ourselves, not losing who we are. It is about anchoring oneself in personal “faith” and live more gracefully when people, places, and situations are feeling out of sorts. It is about finding our ground, steadying ourselves.

Chaos is a perfect opportunity to meditate, call our spirit back when the turbulence around us is making all the noise and confusion.

Ironically, chaos is also the perfect opportunity to shine, to react differently to the windy situations. We have all heard the expression, "When life gives you lemons, whip up a batch of sweet lemon aide".

Three things to practice; Acceptance, this is happening now. Awareness, an opportunity to feel yourself in the mix. Playfulness, find the sweet spot in that moment of chaos, reach for a feel-good feeling, maybe it is just holding space for yourself. No matter what "shit" happens and it is up to us how it plays out. Dolby Dharma <#
